Celebrate Small Things

It is time to Celebrate Small Things once again! The purpose of this bloghop or weekly post is quite simple: To celebrate small achievements, experiences, or experiences that have happened during the week.

It could be starting that novel that you have always dreamed of writing... Baking that yummy new cake recipe you found in a magazine... Winning that giveaway... Getting a new cat... Anything at all that you feel like celebrating!

It is also the day to help others celebrate their joys and achievements of the week.

This week, I am celebrating:

We had some light rain which made the unbearable hot days cooler.

My cough cleared up nicely. And...

I managed to clear a level of Candy Crush that I had been stuck in for over a month.

How about you?

  1. Haha congratulations on clearing your level on Candy Crush! I've never played it, but I've heard it can be quite difficult sometimes :)

  2. Glad you're feeling better, and less rain can be a very good thing. :)

    * I've just realized that you've been keeping up your Celebrate posts. Your link sends us to a very old Celebrate post, and I always thought you weren't continuing it. When you emailed me about winning the giveaway, I realized you must be posting, and finally hit the home button. Maybe you can edit the link to go to your home button, or ask VikLit to edit it? 1. Hi - Was just going to say same thing as Nancy! I can delete your old link if you like and you could put up a new one to your blog in general? i have been wondering if getting people to put 'weekly' links up might be a good plan but in the meantime we could make that change? Just ping a comment on my latest post if you want me to delete you, once you've added yourself again.

    2. @Nancy: Thanks for pointing that out to me, Nancy. I actually had no idea -- I never tried to click on my own link before.

@Viklit: Thank you for the offer to delete the old link. Maybe I can simply just add my homepage link instead.
